MGNT Caddy's are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of original purchase. Magnetic properties are guaranteed for life.

Authenticity may be requested for warranty replacement service for all clips and magnets. This is to verify you have a genuine MGNT Caddy.

Warranty does not cover:

• Loss or theft
• Damage caused by throwing, prying, misuse, abuse, alterations, improper handling, neglect, accident, normal wear.
• Scratched / slashed / worn coatings from use or contact with other magnets
• Oxidation of the steel clip (rust)
• Natural irregularities or variations in the pattern/coloring

MGNT Caddy is a high quality tool and as such are able to withstand rugged field use and conditions. However, it is incumbent upon the owner to ensure that the MGNT Caddy is secured and that the use of the magnets is restricted to prudent and applicable functions. The MGNT Caddy must be cared for to keep it free from dirt contaminants or corrosive substances.

Any misuse of this MGNT Caddy other than to fulfill normal functions will result in voiding of this warranty. The Company reserves the right to make the final decision as to what is considered "fair use" or "abuse". Please contact us if you have any questions
